Please find below some of the frequently asked questions we receive. If you require any further information prior to your visit to The George and Dragon, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@georgeanddragoncley.co.uk

Our standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out please request this at the time of booking and we will do our very best to accommodate. 

You are very welcome to arrive at the hotel earlier and leave your luggage at reception.

A local breakfast is included in the nightly price and is served daily in the Restaurant between 08:30 – 09:45. Options include a cooked breakfast and lighter dishes. We recommend booking a table upon check-in. You can view the current breakfast menu here

We have free parking onsite, however, this is limited and available on a first come first served basis.

For alternative parking, use the The Village Carpark, Cley Hall, The Fairstead, Holt, NR25 7RJ.

Well behaved dogs are welcome throughout the hotel. There is a fee if £15 per dog (per stay) in the rooms and we kindly ask that owners follow the below rules:

No dogs on the beds or furniture
No dogs to be left unattended in the room at any time
Owners to clear up after their dogs whilst on the property

A fine will be charged if any of these rules are not followed.

Please order and pay for any food and drinks at the downstairs bar and the staff will happily deliver to your room.

The hotel closes and is secured at the end of each day. For guests occupying the rooms, you will receive details of how to access the hotel outside of these hours. Please refer to the check-in message sent 2 days prior to your check-in.
